The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 13 years or over except employees of Sidequest Ninja or Player1 Events and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Those under 18 will require the consent of a parent or guardian present at the event in order to enter.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter the competition, entrants will need to:

• Complete any level of the Hexahedra Demo (apart from level 1) at the Hexahedra booth in the i70 Expo.
• Sign up to the Sidequest Ninja mailing list by providing their name and a valid email address. All emails sent to mailing list subscribers will contain a link to unsubscribe from the list.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be 5.55pm Sunday 9th April 2023. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

The prize is as follows:

• 1 digital copy of Hexahedra, delivered once the full game is released, on the entrant’s choice of launch platform. The full set of launch platforms is yet to be confirmed, but will include Steam.
• 1 900mm x 400mm gaming mat printed with Hexahedra artwork.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The winner will be chosen at random by Sidequest Ninja staff, from all entries valid at the time of the competition end time and date. The draw will take place at the Hexahedra booth at 5.55pm Sunday 9th April 2023. Anyone wishing to witness the draw should present themselves at the booth at this time.

The winners will be notified by email within 1 calendar week of the closing date and time. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 calendar weeks of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

To claim the gaming mat, the winner will need to provide a UK postal address for delivery. International addresses will not be accepted.

Once Hexahedra has reached full release, Sidequest Ninja will contact the winner to ask them to select their choice of launch platform. Depending on the platform selected, they may be required to provide other information, such as platform account information, in order to receive their prize. Once the winner has made their selection, they will receive their digital copy within 1 week. If the winner cannot be contacted at this stage, or does not make their selection or provide any necessary account information within 2 weeks of being contacted, they will forfeit this part of the prize.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
